The Civic Life

This February I was the luckiest girl in the world. Thanks to Honda Australia I drove around Melbourne in my very own Honda Civic Hatchback for a two week period.

The car itself was a sleek and stylish black, with a beautiful leather interior and top of the line gadgets and safety technology. It was definitely ‘The power of dreams’.

Honda has grown rapidly in Australia over the last couple of years with their new car designs and luxurious looks. The Honda Civic comes in three different models – VTi-S, VTi-L and VTi-LN and multiple colours.

My car – whom I lovingly  named Gerald – has everything a girl could ask for. Being at the end of my student life and beginning a new career, I knew at some point I would have to upgrade my car. I feel comfortable enough with my driving that I don’t need a crash box anymore. That’s what I loved about the Civic, it was the perfect transition car for me.

It has dazzling body that says “I’m a fashionista, but I’m serious about my Career too”. This is achieved with chic Radium Alloy Wheels (A great contrast with a darker colour Civic), a 7″ Touch Display for Multimedia and a Built in Navigation with SUNA Traffic updates.

The incredible thing about the Civic is they have made it easy to drive and park while still upholding a large feeling of space in the car. There was never a moment I struggled or felt cramped.

The editorial we did with the Car, myself and our amazing Photopgraher Angela Pezzimenti,  is pure proof that this car is the perfect fit for a younger generation looking to start being serious. Our short video even shows how content I was with driving EVERYWHERE!

It was such an amazing experience to be given the opportunity to be a grown up fashionista for two weeks. A big thank you to Honda Australia and Wrights PR for giving me the opportunity. It was sad to give Gerald back, but I now know what kind of car I’ll be saving for.
